LKH Maintenance PTE LTD was founded in 2014 as a total solutions provider in the area of facility services. Before our company was set up, we are the sub-contractor of Seng Foo construction Pte Ltd; We offer more than 8 years of accumulated experience and expertise in 5 industrial commercial buildings, 10 community centers, plenty of public areas and events for services such as building maintenance, additions and alterations/repairs, cleaning, housekeeping and major events and special projects. Currently, we have more than 70 workers for the ongoing contracts. We also have a cleaning business license registered under the National Environment Agency (NEA).
